Contract and ordering
By placing an order you offer to buy the selected products under these terms. We may refuse or cancel orders (fraud, stock, pricing error, restricted destinations).
Orders are accepted according to the checkout flow without mandatory phone confirmation unless we contact you about an issue.
Prices are shown before tax unless stated otherwise; tax may be added at checkout.
Payment
Available methods: Cash on delivery (COD).
Card and PayPal payments are processed by those providers under their terms. COD, when enabled, is collected on delivery according to local practice.
Delivery
Typical delivery window: 3–10 business days after dispatch (estimates only). Shipping fees are shown before you confirm payment.
Import duties, taxes, and brokerage at the destination are typically paid by the customer unless we state otherwise.
Returns overview
See the Returns policy for the full rules. Standard window: 14 days.
EU consumer information
If you are a consumer in the EEA/UK, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts, subject to exceptions (e.g. sealed hygiene goods, customized items, digital content after performance begins). A model withdrawal form is in the Returns policy.
Liability and IP
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be limited by law (including death/personal injury from negligence where applicable).
Store content, trademarks, and product media remain the property of their owners. You may not scrape or reuse our catalog without permission.
Governing law
Governing law: [Governing law]. Jurisdiction: [Courts / venue]. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence may still apply.
US dispute resolution (if applicable)
Where permitted by law and if you reside in the United States, disputes arising from these terms may be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than court, and class actions may be waived. You may have a limited time to opt out by written notice. This section does not limit non-waivable consumer rights.
