Returns & refunds

You generally have 14 days from delivery (or from order for services) to request a return, unless a longer mandatory consumer right applies.

No restocking fee is configured by default.

Items should be unused, in original packaging where reasonable, and include accessories. We may refuse returns that do not meet these conditions except where law requires otherwise.

Approved refunds are issued via original payment method within about 14 days after we receive and inspect the return.

EEA/UK consumers may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to exceptions. Notify us before the deadline (email is enough). You may use the model form below.

Exceptions disclosed for this store may include: customized / made-to-order goods; sealed goods not returnable for health/hygiene once unsealed; digital content after performance has begun with prior consent.
